If you feel we have made a mistake in processing your order such as (a misspelled name or wrong age) you MUST contact us within 24 hours of the documented time and date of delivery.

PLEASE make sure you read product descriptions for sizes, measurements, processing times etc., as well as our complete shipping policies PRIOR to making a purchase. 

Please note due to different resolutions of monitors colors can vary slightly.

For customer service, we are on: EST (Eastern Standard Time) our sets hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m weekdays. However, if I'm online during non-customer service hours and see a message I will certainly respond.
